3月29日，在博鳌亚洲论坛2019年年会期间，韩国济州特别自治道知事元喜龙表示，济州非常期待与海南合作，尤其是在区块链、智慧城市建设等方面。

On March 29, during the Boao Forum for Asia annual conference 2019, WON Hee-ryong, Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province said, he is looking forward to the cooperation of Jeju and Hainan, especially in blockchain and smart city.
